A Reminder

And I just want to remind you…

 It’s NORMAL if you’re feeling discouraged. It would be abnormal if you’re happy that your world has been turned upside down. 

It’s NORMAL if other people look like their relationships are thriving while you’re struggling.

 It’s NORMAL to be tired and to not know what it takes to heal.

It’s NORMAL to feel like you have to fake it till you make it. 

 It’s NORMAL to second-guess your entire marriage.

 It’s NORMAL to feel awkward and not like any part of your body. 

 It’s NORMAL to want to start over in life.

 It’s NORMAL to not know what you’re doing.

 It’s NORMAL to feel disconnected with your spouse.

 It’s NORMAL to compare your physical appearance to other women.

Not only normal, but these things are SO common. 

So let’s all do what’s abnormal and make a decision to heal. If you don’t know where to start, I am the coach for you!
