Sometimes we find ourselves overwhelmed by our goals or the changes that we want to see in our lives. The ultimate goal is usually large, which will take time, and a lot of work. A great way to approach your goals is with mini-goals. Write out the steps it will take to reach your goal, then work on each step separately. Each time you complete a step, celebrate your achievement. You won’t feel like you are working endlessly without seeing progress.
Life is a race, the only way to win is by taking many small steps. No one wins a race by taking one giant step, the only way to reach the finish line is with many small steps.
