What do you want your life to look like? Can you visualize that? Close your eyes and let that visual marinate for a while. Write down everything you see with great detail. What step/steps can you take to make that happen? Its not a sprint to get it done, its a marathon. Enjoy your moment by moment journey, remember you have a choice how you feel in any situation, you can take the high road or the low road. I know, I know, its easier said than done. We are creations of habit, just like you created bad habits you can create good ones. It takes you being intentional about what you do, say, and hear.
