Always Follow Your Intuition

Learn to follow your intuition

When it comes to interviewing for a job or even applying to one, I can’t tell you how many times I have had to follow my intuition. I remember having a countless number of interviews at the start of my medical coding career. It wasn’t until I started to following my intuition that the tide began to change.

The hiring managers would ask me a question that mentally I wasn’t too sure about. However, Intuitively, I knew the answer. The more that I began to trust in it, the stronger it got. It only took four hard and long months to land my first medical billing job. Which is no easy feat in this field. My hiring manager told me later on that he hired me based on one question that he asked me.

I didn’t really know the answer. However, I followed my intuition and gave him the answer that landed me my first job.

The moral of the story is to always follow your intuition.
