What do you do to have an appreciation for your life and others?

It is so important to appreciate how far you have come. Sometimes it is so easy to look at what you don’t have instead of appreciating where you are now. When you look back over your life you will see that things have changed, it is your job to learn from your past and take a moment every day to appreciate all that you have. I suggest doing this first thing in the morning, at night, and/or both. This will guide your mind to stay on track and allow you to continue to see your growth. Remember who you are, what you have been through, and where you are going.
