The more you hold in, the fuller you become. Maybe you didn’t mean to act that way or go off but because your mind is consistently cluttered, overwhelmed and frustrated then it begins to influence your word choices, behavior, character, attitude and circle of friends.

We recognize that when we eat too much it has to be released but what about when we think too much, experience too much, hear too much?
