Beauty is so much more than make-up and hairstyle, it is our health, wellness and skincare, it is how we look, how we feel inside and outside and the way we handle our emotions and feelings. It is also our attitude and mindset, the way we respond and express ourselves, our energy and outlook on life. Beauty also includes how we work on our goals, how we follow our dreams, our strength, confidence, self-care and self-love.

That is why the glowing-up process is much more than changing our hairstyle and make-up routine. It implies becoming a better version of ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally, making us feel more beautiful and attractive, healthier and stronger while being more positive, confident, inspired, motivated and eager to live and enjoy life. As the website only shows 3 main categories of coaching, please choose any of the categories when booking a session but make sure you specify what you are looking for from the session. Example: “i am looking to glow-up to my best self and gain confidence in myself but i also have some questions on how to choose the right people to date when single”. You can include as many details as you’d like. Who said sessions have to be focused on a single topic? I am as flexible as needed and we can do mixed sessions in which we can work on multiple fronts to meet all your needs and wants !
