COACH PROFILE

Known as Daughter, Sister, Mother, Wife, Navy Veteran, Ex-wife, Survivor, Peace Corps Volunteer, Author, and Mentor. All of these roles make up the foundation of my role as a Life Coach. As a result of living my truth, I am qualified to coach on abandonment, adoption, abortion, accountability, abuse, and alignment through acceptance. Abandoned by my birth mother at the hospital upon delivery, I was adopted at the age of 3. I grew up in a home without love, laughter, protection, and peace. I got married where I earned my stripes as a survivor of domestic violence. I walked away from a 10-year marriage and pivoted as I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the country of Jamaica. It was there, I was able to silence the chaos in my life. As I share in my book entitled, “Dear Ex” I discuss the process of healing and how it goes hand in hand with forgiveness. My healing did not come until I learned how to forgive myself for what I did not know at the time I was making life-altering decisions.

Why
I Became a Life Coach
The reason I became a life coach is to fulfill my role as a servant leader. I survived some serious life curveballs and is now my time to help others. At an early age, I was abandoned and later experience abuse in the most intimate relationship. Through these experiences, I stand on a strong foundation to help others to grow through their pain. I believe in the power of hope which is to Help Other People Elevate!
