Life has taught me many valuable lessons. I was raised in a military family and traveled the world, and I am also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.  After serving in the military, I found transiting to civilian life challenging.  I did not know how to translate my military skills to corporate life. It was not until I consulted with a career counselor that I was able to see the depth of my experience and what my true passions were. 

I was mentored to become a certified life coach. My experience as a financial advisor teaching and coaching individuals in financial literacy, business, communication, entrepreneurship, and self-care has proved to be valuable in helping others identify their goals, passion, and their purpose. I am a life learner and know that patience, balance, and practicing self-care is important to elevate to the next level.

Change is part and parcel of life; not easy but very necessary. My transition from serving in the military to corporate life and now as an entrepreneur took patience and much tenacity.  Pushing through various challenges during my transition which included a divorce, being a single parent, and managing a new promotion.  As your coach I understand the importance of listening patiently and helping you achieve your goals. You are not alone. We can honor every step of the journey, instead of thinking or assuming that “certainty” and being  “on cloud nine” are the only thing worthy. We can work together on integrating all parts of the journey while showing grace, honesty, and love.
