I'm a single mom of a gifted teenage son, who decided to achieve my goals, despite the obstacles placed on my path. I would like to encourage others to attain the same! Losing the father of my son when he was 22 months old, turned my life upside down. I had no idea what the future held for me. I had temporarily given up on my life, goals and aspirations. It was only God’s grace that allowed me to complete my Doctorate program as a single mom; with no help as I attended school far away from family. My son gave me purpose, which also motivated me. 

It was later discovered on my journey that my son inherited a behavior disorder. Parenting a child with a behavior disorder is definitely a challenging adventure.  It has totally changed me as a person. I am passionate about helping single parents understand that no matter what it takes, you can achieve whatever you put your mind too; all the while being the best person and parent to your children.

My Health and Wellness journey began early in my teenage years. I was always trying to figure out how to heal the body from a natural perspective. Health and Wellness will always be a passion of mine. My profession allows me to heal and educate others on Health and Wellness. My calling will inspire and elevate others.  I am excited to help inspire you to reach for the stars. I look forward to working with you.
