My coaching experience was birthed from coworkers stopping by my office to vent about work stuff or any and everything they had personally gone through or were going through at the time. For whatever reason, people have always been very comfortable sharing or asking me for advice so I became a life coach to encourage others to become better versions of themselves and enjoy life!
