Hello! One thing for certain, I have learned to “Keep It Moving” in the direction of destiny no matter the road blocks & set backs along the way. 

I absolutely enjoy studying people & understanding the “WHAT & WHY.” Therefore, I pursued & received a B.S. degree in Sociology which entails social science concerned with the study of society & human behavior. Also, I have a M.S. in Management. Working closely with people in all capacities has always been my passion for at least 20 plus years. 

All of life’s experiences (Good & Bad) have equipped me to become an excellent “LIFE COACH!” Yes, I have had my share of both & I am still standing against the odds. I am a “Prayer Warrior, Confidant, Educator,  Entrepreneur & a True Friend.

I Became a Life Coach

I have been a life coach since I was in high school, college, & graduate school but I didn’t know I was actually coaching by solving the problems of my friends, peers, associates etc. I looked at it as assisting them but as I became aware of their results, I realized I was effectively coaching them to healthy places in their lives & it was always rewarding. They always received excellent results from my coaching. As I have continued coaching, it dawned on me that coaching is my gift from God. Therefore, I decided to take my coaching skills to the next level & become certified through Tony Gaskins’ Academy.
