When you feel a negative thought coming on, stop it 🛑  before it cements itself in your mind and adjusts your feelings, emotions, and actions. 

Thoughts can drive us crazy.  Remember what we think is who we become, our thoughts are who we are and there are times that our thoughts don’t serve us. 

So take control of your thoughts and be consciously aware of the negative thoughts that might come up and ask yourself if it’s true and what can you replace it with. 

For me, I love to take my negative thoughts and replace them with a beautiful memory, a time where I can reflect on what I was feeling in this moment that brought such a huge smile to my face. It’s the simplest changes in our mindset that can replace the negativity that creeps into our minds odaily!
