When your feeling low, upset, angry or about to doing something out of emotion. I want you to remember that, what your feeling is temporary. Don’t react when you’re in your feelings. Wait until that wave is over. Once you calm down, think over the situation and what your going to do about it. If it involves another person, have a conversation with them. Sometimes, we over think and come up with our own solutions. Once we have a conversation with someone, sometimes we receive clarity and realize there was nothing to worry about. It’s okay to feel emotions, your human, we all feel emotions. Sometimes you need to just let yourself feel so you can move past it. The only way is through….
