Emotional Wholeness

We should only take responsibility for our role in the situation and not the responsibilities of others.

Emotional Wholeness is experienced by maintaining emotional stability and emotional balance. When we allow ourselves to become unraveled when we are emotionally wounded, it disrupts our peace and tranquility. We must focus on a solution instead of magnifying the problem. We should only take responsibility for our role in the situation and not the responsibilities of others. In other words, own your part and leave the rest to those responsibly involved.  Avoid adding to drama or entertaining the negativity. You must protect and guard your emotional health.
