Feeling into the Blues

It is part of life to have varying emotions with duality. We forget that we are here to experience life in its fullness. This fullness includes feelings and emotions we love, but also those that we dislike or are uncomfortable with such as pain, sadness, anger, guilt, remorse etc.

The best way to move through these uncomfortable emotions is to really feel them, not judge them. Observe them as neither good nor bad. They just are. 

As you do this you will find you start to move through them with much ease and less judgement of yourself for feeling them in the first place. As with everything, this too shall pass.
