Finding Peace within Chaos

It was essential to connect with people who had gone through a similar lifestyle I was currently living.

Existence as a caregiver is one of the most challenging experiences one can act out in their life.

As a caregiver, I remember forcing myself to reach out for support. Afterward, it seemed so much easier to navigate difficulties when I had supporters and partners on my side.

I created collaboration opportunities by asking family and friends for assistance and encouragement. When those means were no longer effective, I began looking for mentors and life coaches online. You would be amazed how many FREE resources are available to people who seek information. It was essential to connect with people who had gone through a similar lifestyle I was currently living.

Listening to others’ stories has been valuable in my progression and growth journey. A relatable success story will remind you to have greater faith, restore hope, and create a vision for your future. When things were tough for me and others around me, I would submerge my mind in a good positive book. Sometimes, the book would be the Holy Bible for righteousness and mind restoration lessons or the Lotus Sutra for mind tranquility and positivity.

Today I encourage you to take steps that make it easier for you to embrace chaos. Breathing enjoying outdoors without your cell phone while sitting still in moments of confusion, I found it brought forth courage and a chance to build a vision of how I would instead want the situation to unfold. Staying calm and unruffled makes life more meaningful and fulfilling.
