At times we get stuck. Not because we don’t want to move forward, but because we simply can’t bring ourselves to let go of the bad things that has negatively impacted us. It’s vital to release the foul things and embrace new perspectives and new joy. Ask yourself, what am I holding on to that’s weighing me down? Could that be why I haven’t been able to elevate to the level I know I should be?  When we break the word forgiveness down, it simply tells us to give or transfer the possession of something. Let’s give the hurt away and let’s become available for healing.
