Going Through the Process

James 1:2-8
^2-4 Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.
^5-8 If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open. –MSG

Go through the process – which means, let trials, tests and circumstances (even the ones we bring upon ourselves) – take its course. When you are starting a business or project – to be successful, THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS! Please believe me. You will have to pay your dues. You can be mentored or follow someone else’s proven strategies to keep you from busting your butt on “lessons learned” –but you will still have to walk through the process.

When you need instructions, ask God for direction. We tend to ask our parents, our BFF’s, co-workers, and everyone else first but who best to receive wisdom from? Who else knows your path and can warn you of danger and protect you better than the creator who created you and your purpose? He gave you the dream in the first place? Bottom line Trust God. Seek Him first. Then pursue with passion and without fail! You can go with confidence and be confident because you have clarity and direction that cannot fail. I’m not promising there won’t be obstacles or trials hence why your faith is required but remember you have already won. All of heaven has your back. You are equipped to win!
