– learn the method to self-motivation by visualizing the results and benefits

– identify your negative feelings, your fears, the goals your see as unattainable and unreachable and find new methods of solving them

– learn how to always keep your eyes on the prize by using visual reminders, quotes and graphics about your goals and wishes

– find out how time management has a big impact on reaching your goals and become able to make the most of your time by planning things, by setting priorities and by maintaining a schedule

– understand the importance of being organized both physically and mentally, for your vision, creativity, energy and increased productivity

– get clear on what is truly important for you so you can focus your time, attention and energy on the goals that matter the most

– find the reasons and purpose behind your goals so you never lose motivation and track of why you are working to reach them

– increase your self-confidence by reminding yourself of your previous successes which will in turn motivate you towards future accomplishments

– learn the method in which you can start without having it all figured out

– create a vision and a direction for your life that will lead to more accomplishments, increased productivity and effectiveness, improved focus, greater satisfaction and better results on a daily basis

As the website only shows 3 main categories of coaching, please choose any of the categories when booking a session but make sure you specify what you are looking for from the session. Example: “i am looking for motivation to reach my goals, but i also have some questions about losing weight in a healthy manner and keeping it off”. You can include as many details as you’d like. Who said sessions have to be focused on a single topic? I am as flexible as needed and we can do mixed sessions in which we can work on multiple fronts to meet all your needs and wants !
