What makes you happy?

Happiness to me is more than just a feeling. When I think of happiness I think of where I am, who I am with, and what standards I am willing to set to make it happen. Happiness begins with you. Start each day with the intention of setting aside anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour of me time. This needs to be something that brings you joy. Do not feel guilty because your me time will allow you to be a better person when you are with the people you love. Happiness is an inside job!
