Heyyyy y’all!
Work was. I checked on Maria today. I’m not feeling well so I didn’t stay long. These days we hesitate to say we’re not feeling well because folks immediately bring up covid-19.
Nope, nope and nope. I’m not claiming that virus. I skipped my workout, took a nice, long hot shower, and I’m relaxing in bed.
I hope you guys took care of yourself today. For all my single moms, I used to put Maria in bed an hour early one day each week to buy time for myself.
Never feel guilty for self care as long as you’re balancing all that life brings!
