How are you feeling?

It’s important to pay attention to how you’re feeling eeling mentally,  a lot of times we happen to neglect our own well being to help tend to the needs others not remembering that this can become mentally draining,  sometimes its ok to say no for the sake of giving ourselves a mental break or even taking time or a whole day to cater just to our mental health,  it’s never a selfish thing to do to put ourselves first sometimes we can’t take of others and spread our joy if we don’t take care of ourselves first ! It’s important and necessary
