I stopped counting the number of times someone has asked me this question. In this very short post I will share with you three ways to co-parent without getting your feelings involved. I don’t consider myself much of a blogger so my posts tend to be very short and to the point. With that being said here are three tips to help you co-parent without getting your feelings involved. 

1) Establish boundaries

2) Keep the communication strictly about the child/children

3) Get an accountability partner that will help you to stick with and enforce your boundaries
