If I knew better, I would have chosen better.

Many successful people operate from a set of rules they have learned; we are not born knowing how to navigate life. We were taught during our upbringing or obtain the knowledge ourselves. Once you begin studying sources of wisdom such as God’s guidance and listening to successful people’s wisdom, you will start to navigate life more productively.

To improve our life choices, we must obtain more knowledge. If someone does not follow a  manual to assemble an item, their attempt may be unsuccessful or difficult, depending on the task. To navigate life, we have learned a set of rules to follow, whether these rules were from a religious source or our upbringing. If we notice that the life choices that we have made have led to difficulty, we then need to reflect on what blocked us from navigating the situation with ease and pay attention to the lesson for future use. Once you identify where you could have learned this lesson, research other lessons so you can avoid other mistakes; Many successful people operate from a set of rules they have learned; we are not born knowing how to navigate life.
