If It Doesn’t Fit, Don’t Force It!

Relax. Let it/him/her/them go. Just because that's how you want it, doesn't mean it will be so.

In life, we try to force, stuff, make, stay, and fit ourselves in places, around things, and with people.  Though it’s impossible, we keep at it until we break, explode, and hurt.  If you’re having trouble moving past a situation or person, yet hurting, try coaching.
