What to do when you don't know what to do.

Are your head and your heart constantly battling over who knows best?

Are you sick of making the decision to follow your heart only to end up heartbroken?

Are you tired of making the logical decision that leaves you in conflict your emotions?

When our mind and heart are at odds there’s only one practical way to deal with it…

Trust Your Intuition

Major ways we dismiss our intuition is by polling family members and friends by seeking their advice on our dilemma and not being able to sit with the discomfort of not making a decision at all. We have to learn how to be okay with not being okay and accept that usually the hard decision is the right decision, regardless of how we feel. We all have a sense of “knowing” within us, but we have to quiet the noise around us to hear our inner voice.

Not everything in life is subject to certainty, but until we find the courage to believe in what we can’t see and muster the strength to let go of our fear of uncertainty, we will continue to blindly navigate through life in doubt and fear.

Intuition is not a single way of knowing – it’s our ability to hold space for uncertainty and our willingness to trust the many ways we’ve developed knowledge and insight, instinct, experience, faith and reason.” – Dr.Brene Brown
