The Psalmist said:
“I lift up my eyes to the hills (or to the Highest One)—from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth… The Lord (your indwelling Lord) will keep you from all evil… The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time and forevermore.” -Psalm 121:1-2,7-8
