Being afraid is mostly mental. It can also be a physical element, a pain body which is trauma that lives in our body that is triggered in an emotional way. I’m here to tell you, we fear so many things that we don’t need to. Once you face your fears, you will see that there’s nothing to be afraid of. You will see that it wasn’t as bad as you thought it would be. If there is something to fear there is a way that you can still face it. I used to be a fearful person and I have concurred my fears, yes I still have the feeling of fear but I always push forward. I want you to know that there’s freedom, strength and power on the other side.
