Your wellbeing is more important than anything. We are prone to “Everything”, but the things that can bring us the most peace. This is not everyone, but a large majority. Somewhere along your journey you have been stressed, worried, angry and possibly depressed. These things are normal in the sense of (you aren’t the only one who has faced these and more). These aren’t the only ones, but the most common. I want to challenge you to examine the next time one of these battles comes up. When it does (try something different), rather then the normal way you deal with things. Stop and think, stop and pray, then let it go. It might seem difficult at first, but the more you react in a “new way”, it will become a habit.
