New Year Better You

Ever started something then stopped to take care of other priorities? I can relate! I’m still on this journey of becoming a better me. Two years ago I changed my eating habits. Started cooking more rather than eating junky foods. The end of 2020 I began the “25 days of fitness” challenge. At the beginning of the year I began the “New year better me” challenge. I’ve never been so proud! I’m not done yet and I’m getting stronger everyday. So if there is something you want to do make a plan and do it! Create the happiness you want! You are in charge of YOU!
