It’s that time of year where we think of new goals to accomplish and write down our plans of what we would like to do and how we would like to do it. We often think that if there’s goals that were not accomplished in the previous year, we’re a failure.
I’m here to let you know that you are not a failure. You’ve just failed to prioritize and that although you did not accomplish everything that you set out to do, today is the day to put your plans back into action (Let’s call it New Day Resolutions).
Don’t let the plans of others distract you from what you need to do. They may have accomplished their goals, but you still have time to accomplish yours.
So on this second day of the new year, take a second and think of what you’d like to do, prioritize those things, and be okay knowing that although you may not have accomplished some of last year’s goals, you have the opportunity to continue at this very moment.
