Today I wanted to shed some light on what mindset blocks are and the fundamental thing I believe you need to overcome them.
Your mindset is what you tell yourself about something you experience or encounter. Those thoughts are either negative or positive. The powerful thing about your mindset is that it is 100% learned and can be 100% relearned!
Mindset blocks are anything that prevents you from moving forward when feeling challenged, overcoming obstacles and keep you stuck in toxic situations and relationships. Mindset blocks are heavily related “limiting beliefs.”
The fundamental thing I believe you need to overcome them is deciding you deserve better! Yup! That’s how it’s start… when you’re able to decide that you want more and deserve more.. THIS is the key to shifting your mindset.
Overcoming mindset blocks comes down to examining what you believe about yourself and others then deciding if those beliefs serve you in your life.
It’s important to be curious about why you feel or think the way you do, is it helping you or hindering you?
