How important is your peace?

Stress can create detrimental physical and mental damage if you can’t manage it properly.  It’s important to laugh often and keep your spirits lifted.  However you relax and relieve stress do it often.  A bubble bath with your favorite music, candlelit meditation or prayer in a dark room. Let it be something that makes you smile when you’re doing it.  Realize that nothing you are facing has the power to destroy you.  You were made to have victory.
