In Anger-Free Sessions you will:


– get to know yourself better, by discovering, labeling the negative feelings of anger and finding their sources and causes

– realize the negative effects anger has on your health, wellbeing, energy and life choices

– understand how anger negatively influences the relationships with those around you

– learn how being angry is a harm you only do to yourself and will never change things or others for the better

– become self-aware, able to take responsibility for your feelings and actions which will help you control your anger a lot easier

– learn positive affirmations to tell yourself in moments of anger which will make you calmer

– comprehend the disadvantages of allowing the bad things that happened to negatively shape and define your mood, energy, attitude, life and your future choices and actions

– realize the negative effects of resentment, bitterness, hate, holding grudges and making impulsive decisions

– become able to move on with your life without waiting for revenge and for the tables to turn

– develop new ways of looking at actions, emotions and situations that will allow you to understand them, label them, put them in a box and let go more easily

– become capable of recognizing and distancing yourself from people whose attitudes and actions are purposely making you angry and upset

– learn to accept the past and allow everything to be a lesson that will further help you instead of a weight that will drag you down

– improve the way others perceive you and your relationships, job or business results as your energy shifts from sad, angry, snappy or bitter to positive, enthusiastic, peaceful and cheerful

– learn methods to relief stress, to take care of your body and have a good night’s sleep which will offer you a more peaceful, joyful energy

– become able to move forward with your life while investing your energy only in positive actions, in taking care of yourself and making your dreams come true

– develop a new attitude of forgiveness, understanding what was not for you and self-love which will help you choose yourself, your peace and happiness over resentment, anger and vengeful thoughts

– embrace the new peace, hope, healing and positivity that come with letting go of anger and choosing to rise above any situation


As the website only shows 3 main categories of coaching, please choose any of the categories when booking a session but make sure you specify what you are looking for from the session. Example: “i am looking to become able to remain calm and let go of anger but i also have some questions on how to reach my life goals”. You can include as many details as you’d like. Who said sessions have to be focused on a single topic? I am as flexible as needed and we can do mixed sessions in which we can work on multiple fronts to meet all your needs and wants !
