Prayer and Therapy can coexist.

There is power in prayer and there is power in therapy. For so long therapy has been frowned upon and or has been associated with being bad or negative. People also would say stuff like you’re crazy because you’re in therapy. In the Christian community they tell you to pray about, pray about it and pray about it some more. Prayer is great, and you should pray and pray often. Therapy is also great and should also be used if necessary. There is nothing wrong with talking with someone. Whether you’re dealing with depression, relationship issues, past or present trauma, anxiety etc. If you need to seek therapy do so. Pray about it before you go, pray while you’re going and pray when you’re done going. You can do both. Prayer and therapy can coexist.
