What have we done this week to be better with our bodies? If you are a parent what did you do this week to set an example for you children?
This week for me was productive! I worked out and noticed that I am starting to exceed my goals in the gym. Actually if I do not go to the gym a minimum of 3 times a week I feel strange. I have to fit it in to my week because it helps keep me healthy, relieves stress, and gives me more energy. Also this was a very exciting week for my daughter because we are preparing for college! It is never to early to prepare your child for their future what ever it may be.
