Questions to Ask Yourself to Choose a Therapist

It's your experience. It needs to be what you need it to be...
  1. Do I feel safe with this person?
  2. Do I trust them enough to discuss my issue?
  3. Do I believe they can help me with my issue?
  4. Do I feel accepted, not judged?
  5. Do I like them enough to work with them?
  6. Can I realistically afford them? 
  7. Do I want to work with them?


Nothing hidden can heal. The only way out is through.

One breath at a time, one step at a time, one day at a time – that’s all you have anyway…and that’s all you have to do.
