Self Talk

There is power in words, especially the words we speak to ourselves.  There are things we’ve said to ourselves that we wouldn’t say to another person; so why do we do this?  Imagine a friend or family member seeking you out for advice and they are in a situation similar to yours; what would you say to them?  Use those same, encouraging words on yourself.

Your self talk should be uplifting, driving you in a positive direction forward.  Don’t spend another day speaking to yourself in a self-defeating manner.  You have what it takes to live, inspire, and to achieve your goals.

You ARE amazing!
