setting boundaries with toxic people

How do you love your self ? How do you put yourself first ? These are questions that I have asked myself many times.  It really starts with self awareness of how you are feeling in every moment.  When you are around that toxic person, how do you create that bubble and not absorb their negative emotions.  Here are some tips that have helped me in my self love journey on how to create healthy boundaries. 

1. you cannot  teach anyone lessons in life that they do not want to learn.  

2. you cannot rescue or save anyone, the only one you have control over is you

3. you are responsible for your feelings, no one can make you feel a certain way.  You get to decide how you feel in every moment. This keeps you from giving away your power which is your peace

This is the mind set that  I have had to learn to have in order to live an emotionally healthy  life and have boundaries from toxic people.
