This girl became my best friend. We met through mutual friends at a community group. After losing her brother and mother due to health related issues, she was ready for change. Fear of failure held her back so goal setting was the last thing on her mind. She had been going to the gym for over a year with zero weight loss. I gave her one circuit workout routine to do 3 to 4 days a week. After she was consistent on her workouts, I requested that she keep a food diary. We moved from that to calorie counting and weight slowly started to fall off. She worked hard and started seeing results which kept her motivated. She lost a 100 pounds within a year and is currently continuing her weight loss journey. She has not only transformed on the outside but has gained so much strength emotionally and mentally.
