Take Care of YOU!

Good day everyone!

Talking care of yourself means doing little things consciously that add up to better experiences and better days.

Be purposeful in engaging in activities that increase your happiness. Take walks, draw, buy a coloring book, eat your favorite meal…. Whatever that looks like for you, get involved.

This past Valentine’s weekend was quiet and restful for me. I bought my favorite foods, walked daily and spent time with my daughter, Maria. These practices kept a smile on my face and peace in my spirit.
