The Western Diet

The western diet is killing us.

Anyways, I’m here to warn you of the dangers of having your diet trends too closely aligned with the Western diet. 


The western diet consist of prepackaged food, refined grains, red meat, processed meat, high sugar drinks, candy, dairy, high fructose syrup coupled with a lack of natural fruits and vegetables. 


This diet leads to illness. This diet keeps our body’s working overtime to break down the junk we feed it but leaving nutritiously unbalanced.
