Everything in your life started as a thought. Track it:
1) Look around at what you see.
2) Think about the thought you had – or didn’t have – which is related to what you see.
3) Let yourself be shocked and amazed.
4) Think about something you would like to have in your life. Don’t try to use force of mental will or concentrate too hard. Just lightly enjoy the thought of something you’d like to see in your life.
5) Watch it show up!
