This week topic is going to be all about triggers yall!  YAAASSS we all have triggers and we all have people that are determined to misunderstand us and miscommunicate to us their true meanings in things as well.  It can get very disheartening sometimes even overwhelming.  We can become all consumed by how the trigger makes us feel.  You might ask what is a trigger?  It can be anything from a smell, a sound, something you see a memory…something that someone says… There are so many ways we can be triggered.  When negative triggers come up, those are the the ones that we need to be mindful of. Those are the ones that we need to be watchful for.  The hardest part is holding on to your serenity when it comes up. Holding on to your knowing when it comes up.  Allowing people to mess with your mind, heart, spirit it says alot.  You have to be very weary of all of it.  You can let the trigger remind you, but I think the skill is to let it go once you have released it. Don’t hold on and let it consume you! They too shall pass.
