Words are tools of communication. Like any other tool, if they are not used carefully, appropriately, and at the right time, they can cause more harm than good.
As humans, our relationships and our livelihood rely on our ability to communicate with each other using words. Although the desire and ability to communicate is innate to is all, we have to learn how to communicate effectively.
Words have power, and ultimately our words create our reality.
What are you saying? Are you saying things that improve your relationships (including the one with yourself)? Or are you saying things that reinforce a negative perspective of you reality?
Words are also like seeds, and you reap what you sow. If you speak loving, positive words, then you’re more likely to have loving experiences with other people. The opposite is also true.
Use your tools wisely; plant good seed so that you can have a good harvest. Watch your mouth.
