Ways To Validate Yourself

Break the cycle of codependency by learning to give yourself what you need. We develop unhealthy attachments to others and things when we rely on things outside of ourselves for our happiness. Here are few tips to get you started in the right direction.

Validating yourself means to acknowledge your own existence and accept yourself. It’s accepting how you feel. It’s living your truth and embracing who you are. When you seek validation you haven’t accepted yourself yet and more than likely there is a compromising of self just to prevent being rejected and ignored by those you want to be accepted by. It’s not seeing your own value. So I’ve put together a few tips to help you live your truth and share your energy and the truth of who you are. Throw the mask away and watch you attract the people who vibrate on your frequency. You matter!

– Have an inward awareness that everyone won’t like or accept what you do and be okay with it.

– Start having confidence in your decisions by having the courage to do something you really want to do without having to call people to approve of it first. The more you do it, the more your confidence in yourself will grow.

– Accept your feelings without judging them. 

– Surround yourself with like-minded individuals that support you.

– Daily Affirm yourself.
