WORTHY ADCC FCD

We are all worthy

We are worthy of good treatment, financial stability, and loving relationships right now. Improved health, a job title, education, etc., does not make us more worthy; they are something we are worthy of. The only difference between people who are where we want to be and us is that they feel they deserve what they earned and have that right because they and we were born worthy of all life has to give.

We are born worthy; we should not allow society or others to tell us otherwise. During the healing process, we realize that we deserve better and that what we have experienced had nothing to do with us but more with other people’s insecurities. When we think we are less worthy, our income decreases because we don’t have the confidence to negotiate our salary or apply for a better-paying position. We also allow people into our lives who further damage our self-esteem because we do not realize our worth.

We have based our worth on what we think we should have rather than what we already have. We believe that if we improved our health, looked better, or had more money or education, we would somehow become more worthy when we are worthy right now-as we are.
