What’s Best for you!

When we choose to do what’s best for our health (emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual) we may experience those who do not always understand or agree with our choices. Some may feel like their role in your life justifies their desire to control how you feel and what you should accept. If you have made a choice that will increase your peace and happiness, you can’t let someone else’s opinion cause you to remain stagnant. If the person who is trying to control your choices is broken, they will never understand your reasoning. It takes healing to be able to gain understanding. Life is about moving forward and no one can tell you what YOU need in order to progress. There is only one person who can truly know what you need in certain stages of your life, and that person is you!
