Seriously, if you’re here, I know you’re seeking for support, an accountability partner, wisdom, a mentor, and most importantly, a coach that will take the time to LISTEN.
Today, life has become so super busy. And because it’s busy, you must give yourself permission to PAUSE and do the work. We invest and focus so much of our time perfecting the external part of ourselves and everything that make us look and/or feel good.
Meanwhile, we fail to address and work on the bigger issues that are often left unresolved, keep us up late at night, and don’t forget the grudges that we hold for months, years and sometimes decades. These unresolved issues are often known as hurt, pain, rejection, abuse, self-hatred, jealousy, envy, depression, etc. You get the point. Seriously, can you identify yourself with anyone of these issues? Which one keeps you from living a wholehearted lifestyle?
Honestly, ask yourself the following questions. When was the last time you completed a self-assessment on yourself? How often do you invest in personal development? What is the one thing that keeps you from wanting to be the best version of yourself? Have you ever thought about what will happen if you stay as you are and do nothing? You don’t need to answer these questions now, but it’s something for you to think about later and consider.
You may be wondering, why I chose to specialize and coach in “Self-Care and Healing”. Well, it’s simple. For as long as I could remember, I have always been so passionate about all things that relates to mindset, personal growth and development. You see, it was not too long ago, I found myself battling with unresolved hurt and pain. Eventually, one day, I made an intentional and conscious decision to do the work and focus on ME. And guess what? Today, I believe that you can do it too! When it’s all said and done, personal development is key and vital to our daily lives, growth, and enhances us to live a wholehearted life.
The art of self-love and healing takes time. It takes intentional practice and work, but most importantly, it takes LOVE. Please know that YOU will not HEAL by going back to what broke you. YOU owe it to yourself. You really do. So, take this time to believe in yourself and TRUST the process.
Self-Love and Healing creates a heart of gratitude, love, joy, peace and, yes, even forgiveness. Love is the foundation, reason and response to why we get up and do what we do daily. Self-Love and Healing is about finding peace from within. With that being said, I strongly encourage you to celebrate the small wins in your life, and work on being in love with the person in the mirror who has been through so much but is still standing. At this moment, your greatest responsibility is to love yourself and to know that YOU are ENOUGH.
So, for once, believe and take a bet on yourself and choose to invest in YOU. Your time is NOW! Everything from this day forward, begins and ends with YOU. Take full responsibility of your life and make this opportunity a reality.
